Most privacy policies exist to tell you what a company is allowed to do with your data. This one exists to tell you what we will never do with it. It covers hungrynovalabs.com, our services, and our consumer apps distributed on the Apple App Store.

We will never sell your data

Your data is yours. We do not sell it, rent it, trade it, or share it with advertisers, data brokers, or "partners." Not your name, not your email, not your usage, not anything. There is no version of our business model where your information is the product.

Your habits are yours too. We do not build behavioral profiles, we do not track what you do across the internet, and we will never sell insight into how you use your systems to anyone, for any price.

What we actually collect

What you send us. If you use our contact form, we receive the name, email, and message you type. That information goes to a real person so we can reply to you. That is its only purpose.

What it takes to run your service. If you become a customer, we keep the minimum needed to operate your infrastructure and bill you: account details, service configuration, and standard server logs used for security and troubleshooting. Operational logs are kept only as long as they are useful for keeping your systems healthy and secure.

What we do not collect. No advertising trackers. No third-party analytics scripts following you around. No fingerprinting. No dark patterns designed to extract more than you intended to give.

Your systems are your business

We host infrastructure — private applications, identity, and AI systems — on hardware we own. What runs inside your environment is your business, not ours. We do not inspect, mine, or monetize the contents of customer workloads. We look at your systems when you ask us to, or when it is necessary to keep them running and secure.

Everything we build for you stays portable. Open standards, exportable data, no lock-in by design. Autonomy means you can leave, and privacy means you can trust us while you stay.

Our apps and software

This statement also covers applications and software published by Hungry Nova Labs. Our apps are built local-first: where an app can work fully on-device or with Apple system services (Keychain, Autofill, Apple Intelligence), that is the default. They do not include advertising SDKs, third-party analytics, or trackers, and we do not harvest app telemetry for advertising.

On your device. Passwords, passphrases, authenticator codes, preferences, and similar secrets are stored in Apple Keychain or the app’s sandbox storage, as described in each app’s App Store privacy labels.

Apple services. Purchases and subscriptions are handled by Apple via StoreKit and the App Store. Apple may process crash or analytics data according to your device settings and Apple’s policies — that data never reaches advertisers through us.

Optional network features. Only when an app clearly offers them — for example a sync you opt into, or a support message you send. If a specific app uses a Hungry Nova Labs server, that app’s listing and in-app privacy screen will say so.

NovaPass. NovaPass does not operate a Hungry Nova Labs cloud for your vault. Secrets stay in Apple Keychain on your Mac. Assistant and policy features use on-device models when available. Clipboard contents may be held briefly for copy/paste convenience and are cleared automatically.

Children. Our consumer apps are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your choices. Delete an app to remove its local data (Keychain items may remain until you remove them in Passwords or Keychain settings). Questions about any of this: contact us.

When we would ever share anything

Only in two situations: when you explicitly ask us to, or when we are legally compelled by a valid legal order. If the law ever requires us to hand something over, we will share only what is legally required and, where the law allows, we will tell you it happened.

We use a small number of service providers to operate (for example, email delivery and network protection). They process only what is necessary to provide that service, and they are never permitted to use it for their own purposes.
