These terms cover hungrynovalabs.com, Hungry Nova services reached through hungrynova.com, and the Comptroller Discord bot. By using any of them, you agree to these terms and to the privacy statement.

Who we are
Hungry Nova Labs LLC, Augusta, Georgia, operates this site, Nova Access, private hosting and AI services, and Comptroller. Questions go to [email protected] or the contact form.
Comptroller
Comptroller is a Discord bot. You may invite it to a server you administer, or message it directly. It can remember facts and dates you give it, look up public information, and weigh a choice when you ask.
Your messages. Text you send Comptroller may be stored when you ask it to remember something, and may be sent to Hungry Nova models so it can answer. Details are in the privacy statement.
Not professional advice. A weighed decision is assistance. It is not legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice, and it is not a promise that the recommendation is right.
Servers. If you invite Comptroller, you are responsible for telling members it is present. Server owners can ask us to delete that server's ledger.
Acceptable use
Do not use our site, APIs, or Comptroller to break the law, to attack systems you do not own, to steal credentials, or to get at someone else's private data. Do not attempt to bypass access controls on Hungry Nova. Do not send Comptroller content you have no right to store.
We may refuse, suspend, or remove access when use breaks these terms or puts other people at risk.
Accounts, keys, and age
API keys and Discord access are for the person or organization they were issued to. Keep them secret. You are responsible for use of a key you hold.
Our services and Comptroller are not directed at children under 13. Do not send us personal information about a child under 13.
Availability
The site, the AI services, and Comptroller are provided as available. Features can change or pause. We do not promise uninterrupted service or that an answer will be accurate.
To the extent the law allows, Hungry Nova Labs LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site, the APIs, or Comptroller. Some places do not allow that limit. In those places, the limit applies only as far as the law allows.
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after that date means you accept the update.
